Daily Duties at Ncr Indonesia:
? Managing over 50 head count for Logistics Jakarta and Central warehouse to support 8000 ATM machine spread out the country. ? Managing repair centre and part repair quality inbound to central warehouse. ? Maintaining P&L across all expenses to meet annual finance outlook. ? Ensuring that parts stocking levels are maintained in line with AMD (average monthly demand) & FMD (forecasted monthly demand) ? Procuring all spare parts replenishment and new buy international & domestic. ? Building strong working relationship with WCS (Worldwide Customer Service) management team including Operations and Sales. ? Developing a strong working relationship with all business units within NCR in Indonesia and across Asia Pacific. ? Attending weekly WCS operations meeting to ensure logistics are across any issues relating to parts or future field operations. ? Planning quarter purchase orders for replenishment & attending weekly inventory management con-call with Sydney based Inventory Management team. ? Ensuring surplus/defective parts leveraging from other APAC countries and ensure Indonesia surplus/defective parts are constantly updated. ? Ensuring that all major accounts have adequate sparing based on Major Account Support Planning process (MASP) ? Managing all spare part distribution based on WO requirement spread out the country. ? Identifying process improvement strategies to ensure inventory integrity. ? Maintaining all stocking spare parts in central warehouse and 20 warehouses in remote areas. ? Managing 3PL vendors to support NCR Indonesia day to day operation
