Daily Duties at Fcc:

Program Information Specialist—National Call Center Furnished and prepared written scripts and other materials for use by the Agency's National Call Center's telephone service representatives in response to public inquiries and requests. Digested Agency orders to identify topics of particular interest about which the public may have questions or need information. Drafted briefs and letters to answer questions or provide information in response to an inquiry. Compiled and created reports on Call Center activities for presentation to other Bureaus to keep them updated on changes occurring there.
