Daily Duties at Mc Graw Hill:
Compliance Officer Responsible for developing and maintaining testing procedures for compliance audit of Platts market pricing to insure that internal and third party policies and procedures are upheld. Train global editorial staff on Platts internal compliance procedures. Work with Platts Editorial Management Team and McGraw-Hill Legal Department to improve process by implementing changes to existing standards. Responsible for reviewing and issuing formal reports to senior Platts business and editorial management on the results of above audits. Interface with McGraw-Hill Internal Audit staff in their audits of Platts Compliance process. Administered the Platts Code of Ethics program including: disseminating the revised code annually and collecting signed affirmation statements from all employees; collecting security transactions statements throughout the year; insuring that security holdings did not represent potential conflict of interest through follow-up with the appropriate senior management and in-house legal counsel
