Daily Duties at Citicorp Credit Services:

VP,Compliance Officer Manage the compliance support of the Cards Marketing businesses across all Cards legal vehicles, products and sites. Provide consultation regarding system development, process improvements, regulatory changes and policy and procedure development to ensure regulatory compliance and sound internal controls. Develop and administer the testing and review procedures of lending, telemarketing, and privacy activities, insuring adherence to OCC and FRB rules, FCC/FTC rules, GLB and State privacy laws. Compliance expert as a member of the Telephone Solicitation and Privacy Work Groups. Review and revise disclosures, advertising, scripts, and all other marketing collateral for compliance with applicable corporate policies, state laws and federal banking laws. Compose and issue formal reports to Citi Cards Global Compliance Management that documents evidence of the each business unit’s compliance to the regulatory requirements and identifies any high-risk issues. Review and approve target model selection criteria in accordance with ECOA, Fair Lending, and corporate policies. Responsible for providing advice and compliance reviews on all laws and regulations applicable to credit card activities. Review, analyze and submit comments on the effect of new and proposed regulatory changes Assists business units with coordinating their efforts to apply legal and regulatory changes that affect their areas and job functions. Interface with Global Consumer Group’s Internal Audit Staff to review procedures, documents, and process flows of Citi Cards business areas.
