Daily Duties at Ats Staffing:

Direct complex HR plans for executive-level business units of recruiters. Guide human capital allocation, position classification, professional development, performance management, and workforce and compensation analysis. Develop strategic plans and assist senior management with initiatives for managing resources and promoting organizational development. Ensure compliance with all regulations, policies and procedures. Lead six-division HR team and manage budget.
