Daily Duties at Tsymetry – Department Of State :
Provided production support to Department of State on the Integrated Logistics Management System, using PeopleSoft Supply Chain, Ariba Buyer 7.1, Enterprise Manager, and Procurement Desktop. Answered and responded to calls and emails, provided security support to users, troubleshoot errors using Integration Broker, create locations, create roles and permissions. PeopleSoft Script testing for Department of Transportation deployment.
