Provided end-user support to department; answer and respond to PeopleSoft help desk calls and emails, enter personnel actions into PeopleSoft 8, and SAP, provided security support to users; Designed, configured and maintained the Human Resources Intranet website; internal and external communications based on organization's intranet, internet, and homepage strategies and goals; Insured that the website is available to the desired audience with appropriate links and security designed into the site; Researched and evaluated new related technologies; trained employees on software; Recommended, purchased and implemented software and hardware; installed software and peripherals, performed preventative maintenance on p.c.’s and laptops; created and designed presentations, designed and updated department newsletter, business cards and organizational charts.
