Senior Business Analyst and Project Manager. Implement IFS ERP solution in small to mid-size manufacturing companies. Responsible for defining project requirements, scope, and budget. Select team members, assign tasks, and communicate status and risk factors to team. Work with executives and senior management to re-define business processes to increase efficiency and profitability. Responsible for implementing Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, Costing, Purchasing, Inventory, Planning, Discrete and Repetitive manufacturing, Document Management, and Human Resources. Develop training materials for end users and adminstrators. Implement security and develop custom management reports using PL SQL and Crystal Reports. Write procedures and functions, views, tables, and indexes in Oracle.
