Daily Duties at Pamida:

• Provide administrative support to corporate office and field for Human Resources matters o Maintain Personnel files o Provide record retention compliance o Facilitate Team Relations Boards meetings o Provide Kronos timekeeping updating • Assist recruiter in filling openings in field and corporate office o Liaison between Shopko recruiters and candidates o Post jobs on Careerlink and Pamida.com o Provide interview scheduling support for Omaha candidates o Forward appropriate paperwork to ShopKo Stores, Inc o Utilize Unicru software for candidate database o Update Open Positions and Employment Update reports • Assist Training and Development in administering corporate training programs o Provide recordkeeping services for training participants o Assist teammates in NETg enrollment and learning process online o Provide training materials and assist in scheduling to Super Trainers for new Store Team Leader training o Provide scoring results for weekly learning modules to Super Trainers
