Daily Duties at Diversified Solutions:

• Recruiting Duties o Search through on-line resumes for viable candidates o Conduct initial interviews with candidates o Schedule interviews with other recruiters and client managers, either in person or over the phone o Arrange for candidate to participate in client companies’ screening process. Keep track of progression for all candidates. • Administrative Duties o Set up all new candidates in database o Save all candidate information in database o Create spreadsheets to track all candidate activity and job order information o Schedule technical evaluations for candidates and architects o Schedule new employee orientations o Answer phones o Greet visitors
