Daily Duties at Simmonds Restaurant Mangement:

• Work closely with Operations staff to coordinate management recruiting needs • Scheduled and complete first interviews on all management candidates • Coordinate second interviews on candidates with the District Managers • Process any pertinent Organization Analysis and Design surveys and Background Checks • Extend any employment offers to applicants and schedule orientation • Draft offer letters • Design and place ads in a variety of publications and locations • Update variety of tracking reports
