Daily Duties at 1 800 Flowers.Com:
Responsible for the planning, direction, and coordination of activities of designated projects to ensure that goals or objectives of projects are accomplished within prescribed time frame and funding parameters. Directly responsible for ensuring that all projects adhere to the define 1-800-Flowers project process in terms of documentation and reporting. Lends overall project leadership to a given initiative and is accountable for its outcome. Constructs project stakeholder views. Assures team members have clear understanding of their roles and goals; assures accountability for all assignments. Identifies resources and facilitate subject matter and technical experts’ participation in the project. Facilitates requirements gathering/definition meetings with project stakeholders. Identifies and report risks throughout the life of the project and provide options to the business units for mitigation strategies
