Daily Duties at Mc Clung Contracting:
Project manager of multiple projects at one time; Computer operations, website design and management; Payroll Administration; Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Office for project tracking, cost control, employee and customer letters; Daily project tracking; Aid in daily operations of the office and field work; Aid in location and delivery of products to job locations; Quality control of all roofing operations; Roofing, construction and mold sales * A side note: I had never worked in roofing before. But I had been without a job for a year and needed to do something to make some money since I just had a baby. A friend of mine who owned a roofing business gave me a job working in Florida repairing roofs for homes and businesses destroyed by hurricanes for FEMA. Within six months, I was a Project Manager, managing several different projects at one time and also headed up the different work crews. I was also doing the payroll and taking care of timesheets. I can look at different roofs on buildings now and be able to tell what type they are. It’s just another example of if I am given the chance to learn something new, I can succeed.
