Daily Duties at Montana Department Of Labor And Industry:

Operate and maintain mainframe computer libraries for Montana Department of Labor and Industry. Perform desktop support for users on network with hardware, application, connectivity and password problems. Hardware operating systems include Microsoft Windows 95, 2000 Professional, 98 OEM 2, and XP Professional. Software applications supported include but not limited to: Microsoft Office products, Corel products (including Contribute 2, Captivate, Adobe Photoshop and Page Maker), Macromedia Dreamweaver, and various driver software. I was also responsible for Web page modifications, Department photography and photo enhancements.
