Daily Duties at Sherwin Williams:
Formulate and test new paint and coating products, managing group of 3 chemists. Extensive travel to present product knowledge to Marketing and Sales - was the "go to" person to translate research terminology into end-use product benefits. Act as Research & Development liaison for foreign English speaking markets, traveling to UK, Australia, New Zealand. Oversee new product pilot production and scale-up, interfacing with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Production. Communicated with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate national product introductions.
