Daily Duties at Advanced Imaging Solutions:
-Trained staff and customers in computer-system setup and operations. -Gained excellent experience in system operations and various types of hardware and software -Assisted in training and supervising staff in all operations. -Helped in the process of hiring, training, and supervision and managing of employees. -Assisted in the evaluation process of performance reviews and employee feedback -Manager of computer repair and maintenance -Managed the Help Desk and provided systematic technical support to clients experiencing any installation or operational problems -Managed the multitude of data imports and exports, as well as databases and client correspondence software -Built, Maintained, Updated and Fixed company computers and other equipment -Serve as liaison between internal staff, development team, client, and other users -Help clients and users with installation of software that will help them optimize their computer and resolve any other computer issues -Troubleshooting of all printing and scanning related problems -Assist customers and other users with installations and training -Worked in the warehouse in inventory, shipments, and deliveries -Sold and managed new and existing accounts
