Daily Duties at Fmls:

? Customer service to clients by phone and walk-ins. ? Collaborated with co-workers to solve complex issues. ? Assisting users with issues relating to security or removal of viruses ? Serve as liaison between internal staff, development team, agents, and other users ? Help clients and users with installation of software that will help them optimize their computer and remove software that will slow down or maybe even harm their computers ? Troubleshooting of all printing and scanning related problems ? Assist agents in use of scanners and train them on how to upload contracts and email ? Direct customers when they have administrative inquiries to the appropriate department or company ? Discover bugs that may be in the system and report them to the Product Development team ? When necessary, remote connect into the agent’s computer and fix any issues that may have ? Working with co-workers in a team environment to solve any issues that may be more complex or out of the ordinary ? Assist customers and other users with issues related to operating systems
