Daily Duties at Ctms, Inc.:
• Senior Clinical Research Coordinator - Maintaining clinical documents for multiple sponsors and therapeutic areas; regulatory document tracking; attending/participating in study meetings; creating/assembling manuals; shipping supplies and study drug; maintaining study progress workbooks and tracking patient enrollment along with administrative support to team members and study sites.
• Administrative Assistant – General office maintenance; emergency security contact; e-faxing; letter and report writing/editing; arranging travel; training new employees on company specific practices; remote assistance to IT department.
• Receptionist – Switchboard operation; mail room
* Last project with CTMS was to create and implement a system for electronic document capture and storage.
