Daily Duties at Madigan Army Medical Center:
Provided assistance to Casualty Affairs Officers, completing death packets to included patient demographic, death certificate, and authorized of released, of all Madigan's deceased patient. Assist with the counseling of family members regarding surviving member entitlements and Department of Army's and Madigan's policy. Process applications for line of duties and fit for duties for both U.S Army Reserves and National Guards, ensuring accuracy and quality assurance. Responsible for issuing temporary birth certificates to all new born parents and enter both moms and newborns data into the Washington State birth certificate database.
