Daily Duties at Volt Technical :
• Ranked in the Top 10 of Branch Managers Nationwide for several months in 2004. • Successfully recruited hundreds of candidates in NM, AZ, CA, and nationwide. • Selected as a member of 6 Sigma Black and Green Belt Team to improve sales, increase recruiting and reduce turnover. • Main liaison between clients, candidates, the community for the company in NM (HR, legal, etc). • Held branch P&L responsibility throughout tenure. • Led branch to successful new business acquisition and RFP awards with several major accounts.
