• Management of recruitment process for Technadyne, including a mix of government secured and non-secured candidates, as well as private sector candidates. • Account and proposal development. • Ability to ramp up difficult projects with hard to find candidates quickly and efficiently. Mostly recently, successfully acquired several top employees which resulted in $1.75M revenue to Technadyne. • Implemented new ATS (Applicant Tracking System), Taleo, to efficiently recruit and manage candidates. • Excellent at developing relationships with clients, candidates, and supervisors.
