Provided leadership to client server and telecom group for 1200+ Call Center and Claims customers. • Supported NICE call recording system, installed hardware, and performed preventative maintenance and routine repairs. Supervised vendor technicians once the NICE work was contracted out • Maintained regional Lotus Notes server and user accounts including access and security • Coordinated five major PC rollout projects and contributed to several integrated voice application rollouts. • Opened new Call Center and moved 1600+ employees to new facility • Managed work schedules, training, and career paths for staff of four
