Daily Duties at Orlando Health:
? Timekeeper. ? Answer calls and direct incoming calls to the proper parties. ? Maintain the calendars, make appointments, request classrooms for trainings and meetings. ? Assist managers with special projects. ? Maintain the schedule books updated. ? Track attendance and education for the RNs, ACT’s, LPNs, and GNs. ? Create letters and reports as needed. Create newsletters and maintain website. ? Take minutes and assist in coordinating staff meetings. ? Use of computer programs such as Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, Publisher and others.
