Daily Duties at Computility:
• Help desk support center Tier one and two. • Network and PC troubleshooting including software and hardware through VNC server networks with Microsoft and Apple products. • Installation of programs and hardware. • Building and maintaining PC and laptop systems. Extensive experience with Virus, Malware and Spyware problems. • Back up and archiving files for storage. MS Office problem solving including Outlook mail. Maintained and updated the public downloads website • Server Network Administration and account creation and monitoring • Ghost Server Administration • Exchange and Mail Server Administration
