The events of 9/11/01 severely impacted the hospitality industry. Faced with a multi-million dollar note, corrective actions were critical to improve business performance for the struggling restaurant. Launched innovative market segmentation strategy to meet the local banquet service needs of the Jacksonville Navy bases, churches, charitable organizations and local patrons. Negotiated for executive producer rights to a nationally recognized Broadway comedy (Tony n’ Tina’s Wedding) dramatically changing the conventional business model and saving the enterprise.
