Launched innovative market segmentation strategy to meet the local banquet service needs of the Jacksonville Navy bases, churches, charitable organizations and local patrons. Negotiated for executive producer rights to a nationally recognized Broadway comedy (Tony n’ Tina’s Wedding) dramatically changing the conventional business model and saving the enterprise.
