Provided Leadership, Supervision and directed and evaluated 12 personnel in the daily Administrative Operations, including Customer Service, Physical Security, Classified Materials, and Security Clearances. Provided on-going guide and support to the Commanding Officer/Exeuctive Officer and Department Heads on matters pertaining to the administrative management and operation of the office. Rendered decisions on administrative and procedural matters that impact office operations and worked to minimize administrative and operational management shortfalls/deficiencies.
