Daily Duties at The North Carolina Eye Bank:
Work directly with the Executive Director overseeing all aspects of daily management of calendar, schedule, and appointments. Duties include, but are not limited to, schedule all travel arrangements, negotiate contracts and agreements, meet with vendors and key account executives, order and maintain office supplies, oversee client relations, prepare packets and minutes for Board of Directors and Finance Meetings, process, distribute and apply postage to all outgoing and incoming mail, draft contracts and agreements, prepare letters to all donor families regarding disposition of tissue, and assist on special projects as needed.
