Developed a system to monitor loan foreclosure and repurchase reserves and government receivables. Played a key role in the development of process accounting for defaulted loans after the transfer to a third party servicer. * Processed month-end close for the population of defaulted loans. * Designed a reconciliation process for the default general ledger accounts and standardized the format and reports included with the reconciliations. * Flowcharted activity on the Fidelity Servicing system. * Developed detailed procedures for various processes and trained the respective personnel transitioning into the functions ensuring continued monitoring and cash process flows.
