Daily Duties at Americ Inn International :
Director Franchise Devolpment. Site selection responsibility for new constuction hotel development projects. Indentify and prospect for prospective/potential investores. Initiate incentive programs with local communities. Initiate and maintain contact within the hospitality industry to include financial institutions, general contractors, management companies. Input and provide management consulting for investors on proforma projections, Return on Investments along with operational and marketing strategies. Establish a strong referral network.
