Daily Duties at Disney Cruise Line:
• Developed and wrote the comprehensive manual for the startup of operations including safety procedures, airport assignment areas, lost baggage procedures and baggage transfers • Liaison between customers, the cruise line and major airlines; effectively resolved complaints • Managed 36 airport customer service representatives; recruited, interviewed, hired and trained for meet and greet and baggage handling • Coordinated with all major airlines in the Orlando area to efficiently schedule staff to arrival gates and transport to theme parks and the cruise ship • Responsible for coordination of all baggage handling from the airlines to the ships and attractions
