Daily Duties at J America:

Responsible for directing quality compliance regulations while maintaining 25+ contractors/ suppliers nationwide and overseas. Responsible for organizing schedule/ expense reports. Responsible for developing quality compliance/ auditing procedures within the company in order to implement them among the contractors/ suppliers. Responsible for creating controlled documents of auditing/ compliance procedures for use with contractors/ suppliers. Responsible for 98% travel within the states and abroad to verify all levels of quality compliance are being met per each vendor's request. Responsible for creating processes for establishing compliance in Federal/ trade regulations. Responsible for maintaining adherence to vendor compliance requirements. Responsible for Project Planning and Management. Responsible for developing and implementing a unique online order placement process resulting in an increase to 97% in on-time delivery. Responsible for developing and implementing Business Process Improvement.
