Daily Duties at University Of Central Florida:
• Set up new computers, install and configure all necessary software and domain managed software packages • Repair computers, printers and peripherals in case of failure • Configure Windows XP and Vista computers sharing a domain with Windows 2003 servers • Took part in and oversaw computer upgrade project consisting of over 250 desktops and 50 laptops • Install PDAs and other peripheral devices • Train users on how to use equipment and software properly • Send and receive orders for new computers, parts and handled warranty orders and documents • File and scan new and encumbered orders
