Daily Duties at Time Warner Cable:
Responsible for all HR processes in North East Ohio, which includes operations in 28 locations, employing over 1,100 people. Oversee a HR staff of five to ensure the delivery of outstanding service to internal customers in the areas of staffing, employment, compensation, benefits, training, performance management and organizational change and improvement.
