Daily Duties at Excell Data:
Project Coordinator - Contractor Responsible for all scheduling of deployment and personnel for HP PhotoSmart installations at 182 Meijer's Stores, located in five Midwestern states. This included supervising daily activities of over 25 contracted installers for a very aggressive 8 week project. Also responsible for planning and tracking of Clean Sweep follow-up after install, Firmware, Software upgrade, parts recovery and managing product replacement at 85 Meijer’s Stores. Completed phase 1 of schedule for installation of over 1650 new installations this involved working closely with local service personnel.
