Construction Manager -served 75+ facilities: Construction, roof and machinery (both new and old) layout and relocation with corporate, division and local facility management, general and sub-contractors both non-union and union trades and manufacturing operations. Manage multiple projects which total over $1,000,000,000, efficiently and safely. Complete projects on schedule and under budget: including site development, structural work 1996 equipment upgrade: $1,500,000 and 20 roof projects: $36,000,000. Proactive use of computer via AutoCAD, Microsoft Excel, Office and Project $20,000 annual savings to develop budgets, facilitate pre-bids, contractor selection, estimates, award reviews, pre-construction meetings, procure materials - maintain project costs at contingency. Initiate and verify environmental and job permits at municipal, state, and local levels.
