Daily Duties at Island Insurance:
I have approx. 1.5 years of clerical experience working at an insurance agency. In addition to my clerical duties: I provided my talents with HTML and would continuously make updates to the company’s website Using Microsoft Access 2003, I constructed an extensive database from the agency’s filing cabinets which included an easy-to-use GUI and maintained records on clients, insurance policies, etc. My clerical duties here included but were not limited to: managing the office phone system filing staff & client paperwork / mail into filing cabinet adding new entries to & retrieving client information from the agency's database performing queries in said database and producing appropriate reports for agents and supervisors
