I had an excellent time working on a team and helping students, both over the phone and in person, at Texas A & M University Corpus Christi. TAMUCC has student labs with Windows XP, Mac OS X, and Linux operating systems and my team maintained all three. My lab duties included, but were not limited to: routine maintenance of labs (i.e. diagnosing down/off-line PCs & printers, maintaining proper ink and paper levels in printers, tidying of lab) director instructed projects including upgrades to the student lab hardware and software occasional lifting and moving of heavy computer hardware In addition to these duties, I also helped students with problems concerning: computers or software on campus (including MS Office 2003 and Windows XP) accessing and updating their Novell accounts accessing and updating their campus email accounts accessing the university's network from home registering and connecting wireless devices to use the campus wi-fi
