Daily Duties at Vavoline:

Hire/fire employees, improve store appeal and keep up with osha standards. Provided training and personal development to my employees. Ran every aspect of finances for that location. Worked to improve sales and personal profit goals for the company. Increased car count in that location dramatically by providing the best customer service possible. Held store meetings to improve workflow by noting short falls in workflow. Managed inventory with company proprietary software making sure we where setup for the week to come. Did monthly inventory count. Light maintenance on vehicles. I also did light maintenance needed for equipment in the store.
