• Seek and train new representatives • Maintain a minimum sales quota every two weeks • Write and market effective advertising • Organize and run meetings on various subjects such as new training, motivational and company updates • Follow up with representatives and other business associates on phone, email, downline manager and mail • keep my downline moving forward with new and old techniques to keep a successful ongoing business • light computer work and basic office duties.
