Daily Duties at Csi:
Produced multi-color flyers, bi-fold and tri-fold brochures, informational pamphlets, and user guide booklets. Supervised writers, photographers, editors, proofreaders, graphic designers, printers and bookbinding companies. Managed a demanding and deadline oriented publication schedule. Coordinated and directed over 100 other staff. Used cost effective methods to improve product quality. Prepared budgets for each project. Responsible for the overall organization and planning of network design needs; managed artists and technical design team to complete all scheduled graphics under deadline for production. Maintained expert working knowledge of cutting-edge design applications, software systems and visual strategies. Responsible for all design and graphic production projects as well as the management of production teams throughout the world. Managed and personally handled all print production, press checks and final delivery of product to user (both B to B and B to C). Most jobs were done concurrently, having to handle multiple jobs at the same time, with short time constraints and time schedules that had to be met.

You prefer a fast-moving company that will take risks to achieve its goals and objectives. The length of time the company has been in business is irrelevant. Maintaining status quo is unnecessary. You thrive on change, uncertainty and the upside of potential business risks, especially those associated with innovation. Stability for the long haul is not nearly as important as is working in an atmosphere that is charged with a sense of urgency and constant change.
