*Proposed launch strategies based on product development goals and project timeline projections. *Recommended User Experience and game design requirements to meet business objectives. *Worked closely with internal teams as well as external developers to create innovative and exciting web content for kids. *Responsible for all aspects of preproduction, from developing and pitching project ideas to fleshing out accepted concepts with design documents. *Participated in production wide workflow and process definitions with PMO. *Worked closely with QA during beta testing for a rapid response to user feedback. *Served as the resident product expert. *Reported to and assisted the Executive Producer in daily decision making processes associated with producing games and web content.
