Daily Duties at Lubkowski Saunders & Associates Ltd.:
priorities needed to be made of the different order types, deadlines and payment methods (Letter of Credit). Taking in consideration the shipping method, shipping time and consignment size when calculating Freight costs and estimated process time. Following International Import & Export regulations when organizing the Export Documents (Invoices, Certificate of Origin, Letter of Credit). Liaising with customers from different cultural backgrounds via email and phone to inform of the order status, order changes, custom made items, damages and to discuss future projects Holding responsibility for important customers and business partners from all around the globe. Working Hand in Hand with the Logistics Director, Design Department and Warehouse staff to ensure that the customers’ deadlines and expectations will be met. Also to raise awareness of upcoming projects. Following Health and Safety laws when performing quality Management and Inspections
