Implemented new product offerings within each of the industries AFFLINK serves while focusing on greatest ROI and ROCE. Reviewed cost and selling prices of the entire import department to create a highly competitive yet profitable pricing structure. Worked with BDMs and IBDMs to sell in import programs to AFFLINK Members. Developed Global Sourcing Marketing presentation(s), collateral materials, and programs with marketing department to deliver to the sales team. Assisted in the management of the AFFLINK Member Brands customer service team.
