Developed and successfully executed launch package process to provide sales team with the necessary support to sell newly introduced products Researched competitor product against STT hand tool items to better assist sales force in selling product and gaining competitive edge. Commercialized and managed hand tool items into the industrial Proto channel. Delivered effective sales presentations to key accounts to take on new products into their current mix. Attended and coordinated all aspects of trade show events. Developed, executed, and monitored spend related to trade show program.
