Daily Duties at Cdi:
Technical Department Information Assistants (DIA), with full time responsibility and skill to maintain, repair, & correct any functional issues with Computer Hardware & Standard Software. Supported over 450 personnel at multiple locations, to include but not limited to hardware replacement, software troubleshooting for nonstandard software, license tracking for the department, purchasing software and hardware for the various departments
