Pre-owned Vehicle Reconditioning Manager Supervised all staff and work load for the Used Car Department. Communicated customer expectations to management and assisted in resolution of issues. Managed external vendor activities to provide seamless customer service Performed Service Advisor duties for entire Used Car Department. Generated repair orders for pre-owned customer vehicles and resale vehicles. Dispatched all work orders to five used vehicle technicians and supervised all shop activity for the Used Car Department. Implemented vehicle inventory, special order parts and reconditioning cost tracking spreadsheets, using Microsoft Office.
