Tracked all problem and resolution details. Followed up to ensure case closed to customer satisfaction. When immediate solutions were not available, duplicated exact scenario remotely and worked to find a root cause or workaround then reported issue/s to the administrators for further examination. Provided extended level II technical support to corporate client help desks for initial setup and ongoing support.
