 Perform analysis on customer inbound and outbound data-sets to determine the most cost efficient transportation network.  Research the goals and objectives of the customer to provide a transportation network solution to meet each.  Verify all assumptions used in the research phase with both internal and external customers.  Draft pricing proposal including all transportation network scenarios.  Provide operational timeline to implement solution.  Present operational and costing proposals to customers.  Conduct market studies of transportation providers and maintain a collective database of rates for the department.  Evaluate and recommend technology for transportation management, warehouse management, and dispatching software.  Maintain equipment cost database.  Secure leasing agreements as needed for specialized equipment and warehousing.  Hazmat trained.  Trained on DOT Hours of Service regulations.  Interface with all levels of management.  Awarded “Best of the Best” accolade in 2002
