Daily Duties at Swifty Serve, Inc.:

Employed for a company owning over 700+ retail convenient gas stores. Comprehensively worked with team (of five) to support 4 regional offices, 160 internal employees, and all retail stores providing network, PC hardware, peripherals, software, and cash reconciliation’s paperwork support, resolving all complaints and questions. • Provided helpdesk/technical support and customer service in the field and in the central office (including basic LAN problems and day to day technical issues). Supports and maintains user account information including rights, security and systems groups. • Logged onto network PC’s using pcAnywhere, uploaded data, then downloaded to new systems and reconfigured. • Maintenance of HEAT, a call logging software package using a Sybase SQL Database, which helps us support over 700 + retail outlets. Created quick fix-it references for helpdesk logging system database. • Tested and deployed Windows NT Workstations. Used Ghost and Drive Image for mass workstation deployment. • Managed and maintained remote access users on Microsoft Exchange Mail.
