Daily Duties at Young’s Tree Service, Inc. :

Currently employed for a company servicing tree care, stump removal and dump truck services. Comprehensively manages office functions that aid and support the Owner, administrative staff and 20+ general labor contractors. Actively oversee all sub-contracting accounts for the business that include state, residential and commercial contracts. Responsibilities include implementing company policies and procedures, assisting in the selection, evaluation, promotion and termination of staff. Monitoring business operations budget, time sheet collection and record keeping and accounts payable/receivable activity. Oversee marketing strategy, resulting in $2.5 million in sales for the company. Lead the initiative to increase base of consumer channels and Spearhead change management plans that transformed the company into cross functional, customer-focused teams that produced striking increases in internal efficiency while improving responsiveness’ and solutions to customers’ challenges.
